Microsoft AdCenter not as good as Google

With all the whiz-bang UI features that Microsoft's AdCenter product has over Google AdWords, the fact is, the experience on Google was far better. That's hard for me to say because I don't really like Google at all.

I set up the same ad on both AdCenter and Google AdWords last Thursday and my Google AdWords campaign was up and running in about 1 minute after I completed the setup. It's been almost 72 hours since setting up my Microsoft AdCenter campaign and it still isn't running. I have emailed them twice and got back two canned responses. One telling me that the reason my ad isn't running is because it hasn't been approved yet (duh, the question I asked was why) and the second one (when I asked how long it's going to take to approve) tells me:

It’s my understanding that you are concerned with the approval process taking some time.  Given the importance of this issue, I can see how this can be an inconvenience, and I will do my best to assist you with this matter today.

I assure you that this matter will be taken into consideration very shortly and a response will be given to you as possible. Microsoft adCenter wil be unavailable for about 15 hours starting Saturday, July 15, 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time for a scheduled upgrade. While all compaigns will continue to  run normally, you won't be be able to sign in during this time.

So I still don't know why my ad isn't running or when it will run. I wonder if it's even worth running the ad on both Google and MSN?
